What Data We Collect

When you submit a form hosted by Diginera Forms, we collect the following information:

• The data you enter into the form fields (name, email, message, etc.)
• Your IP address, collected for security and abuse-prevention purposes
• Your browser's user-agent string and the referring page origin

How Data Is Stored

All submitted data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. The database is encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorised services. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).

Who Can Access Your Data

Form submission data is accessible to:

• The form owner (the client who created the form) via email notifications
• Diginera system administrators via the admin panel

IP addresses are collected solely for security purposes and are not displayed to form owners. Only Diginera administrators can access IP address data when investigating abuse or security incidents.

Cookies

Diginera Forms uses session cookies for the admin panel to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies are strictly functional and are not used for tracking or advertising. No cookies are set for users who only submit forms.
